What is your "why"? What drives you to do this important work each day?
The children are my “why”. Without them this job wouldn't be possible. Being able to support them through any obstacle throughout the workday is an honour to be a part of.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
Working and becoming a village for our youth.
What would you most like families to know about the role of Student Support Workers in HRCE schools?
How well supported their children are by us and how together we can change the outlook on our Black children in the communities.
